Return & Refunds policy

We prioritize our buyers’ satisfaction. If the product falls short of your expectations, you can request a replacement or full reimbursement under 28 return / refund policy, provided the product is unused. To initiate this process, ensure the product is in its original packaging. When returning, please provide your full name, item number, and purchase date for a smoother replacement or refund process. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we gladly accept returns within 28 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@stoneagedecor.com.au to obtain a return authorisation. Once your return is authorised, please securely package the item and include a copy of your original invoice or receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received by us, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure that it meets the criteria for a full refund. This inspection involves checking the item to ensure it is in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and any accompanying accessories.

If the item passes this inspection and is indeed in its original condition, we will promptly issue you a full refund.
